This hotel offers great value for money with its affordable prices and attention to detail. The location overlooking the seafront is perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the rooms with massive balconies provide a fantastic view of the pier. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. Plus, the breakfast with a great view of Southend Pier is a wonderful way to start the day.
The only minor issue was the wait time for toothpaste and brushes to be brought to the room, but overall, everything was fine.

We were pleasantly surprised by the size of our room at Park Inn, it was incredibly spacious compared to other hotels we've stayed in. The fresh fruit salad at breakfast was a delicious and healthy option. We were also thrilled to find out that there is a fully equipped gym on-site. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its spacious rooms, tasty breakfast, and convenient amenities.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring Southend-on-Sea, as it is just a short walk away from the church and adventure island. You can easily enjoy all the seaside activities within minutes. The rooms offer great views of the estuary, and the staff is helpful in resolving any issues with the room or bathroom. The breakfast served at the hotel is also delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
There was a lack of attention to detail in some aspects of the hotel, such as cleanliness and maintenance.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. the staff were helpful and friendly, ensuring that our bedding arrangements were sorted out promptly. the location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to key attractions, shops, and the train station.
Parking was a nightmare, with a lack of onsite parking forcing us to park in a municipal shopping centre car park. the queue to get into the car park was incredibly long, which put a damper on our evening.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The best aspects were the friendly staff, good breakfast, and lovely views of the sea and pier. The hotel was clean and spacious, with great facilities. We also appreciated its close proximity to the seaside, sights, shopping center, and the pier over the amusement park. No issues.
